LSA IS A PERFECT PERSONAL TRAINING RESOURCE FOR THOSE WHO REALLY WANT RESULTS.The customized programs that I develop for my clients and guide them through are based on their fitness levels, lifestyle, personality, and goals.  We are all unique and must have personalized fitness programs if we are going to achieve optimal results.  Therefore, in addition to your exercise program, nutrition, sleep, and other key lifestyle variables will be addressed.  For a detailed program to ensure success, many clients decide to enter into a Holistic Lifestyle Coaching relationship with me.  See coaching services for more details on how this works in addition to regular personal training sessions.  So, if you are a busy executive, housewife, senior, weekend warrior, or college student I will work with you to achieve the results you desire.

I am not just another personal trainer.  I am so much more. My personal training and corrective exercise experience put me at the top of my profession.  But, this is not the only talent pool that I have to draw from to help you change.  I am a certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach through the prestigious CHEK Institute.  I also utilize my extensive graduate level work in clinical psychology and personal coaching along with my own life experience with the change process to help you.  Wouldn’t you want your personal trainer or fitness professional to understand the holistic psychology of change from a clinical and experiential level?  It just makes sense.  So don't just hire any personal trainer,  contact me to make your goals an ATTAINABLE REALITY!

Realistic Change Within Reach

We all have had moments where we are excited and committed to make changes in our lives. The change process can be very difficult and filled with a lot of ups and downs.  You will encounter setbacks along the way and want to give up at many different points. Yet, those individuals who consistently take proven actions over time get tremendous results. Unfortunately, many people rationalize their inconsistent or dysfunctional behavior and fool themselves in to failure. They do not maintain a consistent action plan, do not attain maximal results, do not change, and become frustrated. So, why do willing and motivated individuals stop taking actions that are helping them move closer toward their goals?

How LSA Works

We begin the process with an initial consultation to determine if we both feel that it will be mutually beneficial to work together.  The next appointment will take place after I receive the intake forms that will tell me about your current lifestyle and goals. During this next appointment, I will utilize detailed assessment tools to further determine your current fitness level.  From all of this information, I will build a goal-oriented personalized fitness program for you.

We will both need to agree on the specifics of your fitness plan.  You may even be asked to sign an agreement to demonstrate your commitment to yourself, me and your goals.  Although it may vary based on the individual client’s goals, I normally work with each of my clients no less than two to three times every week.  Each client will also likely be asked to follow a certain aspect of their fitness plan independentlyWe will continually evaluate progress and make adjustments as they are needed.
